I’ve had some questions thrown my way about my skincare routine, and I’ve been looking for the perfect opportunity to share it with you guys! If you follow me on Instagram, you would know that I joined the panel of judges for the AOL Beauty Awards, where I actually discovered a bunch of new products that I’ve started to incorporate into my daily routine! While I definitely believe that having good skin is something that’s super attainable through a healthy diet and lots of hydration, it always feels good to treat yourself to products that REALLY work for your skin. So let’s get started!

Let’s start with the #1 product that I absolutely fell in love with, the very first time I used it: this 100% Pure Seafoam Facial Cleanser is AMAZING… and I’m not just saying that because I was gifted the product. Made with mint oils, organic seaweed and green tea, it’s a totally organic product with a eucalyptus fragrance that totally opens up my pores and makes me feel like I’m getting a spa treatment right in the middle of my daily shower. I love it! When I want to reach for an alternate product (and one that’s easier to find), I opt for Murad’s Exfoliating Cleanser — I’ve been a long-time user of Murad products, and this one is no exception.

I’ll admit it: I used to have a terrible habit of falling asleep in my makeup, and I just started washing my face every night, like 2 months ago. This is where my need for a good nightcream came into play. Out of all of the products I tested for AOL, I loved Trufora’s Intensive Night Treatment the most. The light, yet moisturizing formula helps me go to bed feeling squeaky fresh and clean

For my daily skincare moisturizer, I’ve absolutely fallen in love with the Erno Laszlo “Phormula 3-9” Repair Balm — and at a $255 price tag, you’d better believe it’s worth it! The formula is thick, without being too heavy, and it’s super moisturizing as well. It’s the perfect addition to my skincare routine, especially with the harsh winter months right around the corner. I’ve also been loving Josie Maran’s 100% pure argan oil as a supplement for areas of my skin that tend to dry out more than the others: knees, elbows, feet… you get it. For my lips in particular, this handy little lip balm from Jurlique has been traveling with me in my coat pocket for weeks!

What are your favorite skincare products?

    • Yesss Lush is so good! I may or may not be running myself a bubble bath with one of their bath bombs this morning haha :) thanks for reading!

  • This post is right on! I have been looking for a new skincare routine for a few weeks now. I seem to breakout for everything (heat, oil, certain foods, etc.) I also had the problem with removing my makeup before bed (pure laziness lol). I will definitely be trying some of these products to see if they work well with m skin.

    • I’ve heard coconut oil is a great makeup remover if you haven’t tried that yet – let me know how these products work for you, good luck!

      • Oh wow I never heard of that but it makes sense. The concept reminds me of Clinique’s Take the Day off Cleansing Balm. But coconut oil would be a more natural option. But sure I’ll let you know :)

  • All of these products sound amazing and clearly they’re doing wonders for you. I’m always so skeptical about trying new products in fear of a bad reaction (my face is so sensitive!) especially if they’re on the pricey side. I am however intrigued by the Eucalyptus cleanser…. maybe a purchase is in my future!
