Stocking Stuffers

The Christmas countdown is on, are you ready? 🙂

I recently made a few small additions to my cosmetic collection in preparation for holiday events, and I thought I’d share them with you all in case any of you are looking for last minute stocking stuffers, or something small to complement a gift you’ve already purchased for family members or friends.

I have been looking for a perfect nude shade for months now, but with all the holiday events right around the corner, I decided to finally make things happen.  After looking around online, I was 100% sure that I wanted Deborah Lippman “Naked” so I headed out to Sephora… only to be sidetracked by Marc Jacobs’ nailpolish collection instead (is it ever possible to walk into Sephora without being sidetracked??)

Anyway, I got this shade called “Funny Girl” instead of the Deborah Lippman, because the Marc Jacobs’s nailpolishes have AMAZING coverage, especially when compared to how sheer Deborah Lippman’s “Naked” is.  Have any of you ladies tried any other Marc Jacobs nailpolish? Which is your favorite?

I wanted to create a look with Heroine to share with you guys today (as you can see I’ve already started using the lipstick), but I think I’m going to hold out on that for a little bit because I want to debut the full look with my New Years Eve dress 😉
