A Nifty Trick to Mix & Matching Swimwear

Swimsuit season is in full swing, and if there’s one thing on everyone’s mind right now, it’s summer vacation… or at least the a weekend well-spent by the nearest body of water! Whether you’re lounging poolside or booking it to a beautiful beach, you need some bomb swimwear, right? It might be annoying to have to buy new swimsuits every year… and if you’re sick of it or on a serious time-crunch, you definitely need to try mixing things up a bit and creating a new look with the swim pieces you already have!

Mixing and matching your bikini tops and bottoms can result in a totally unique look, that’s still budget-friendly! The idea of mixing prints might seem daunting and a little weird at first, but if you pair pieces that are within the same color family (love the pastel tones on my bikini top and bottom), it’ll make the odd pairing look like they were actually made for each other! Also important to keep things simple from an accessory point of view, so there aren’t too many clashing focal points to your look. I’m still loving my super affordable slides from H&M and this bucket bag I stumbled across in Miami… I had never seen it before in the white & nude colorway, so naturally, it came home with me 🙂

Thoughts on mix and matching your bikini sets? How are you styling your swimsuits this summer?
