I don’t know if you guys have noticed, but when it comes to my shoe collection, you’re probably way more likely to see me in a pair of flats than a pair of heels… like, ever. It’s not that I don’t love heels, they look great and all when the occasion calls for them, but I’m 5’9″ and love my comfort. So I think that justifies it, right?

Even though I may not be splurging on Louboutin stilettos anytime soon, that doesn’t mean that I don’t still look for the best quality when it comes to my comfortable footwear. Driving shoes, loafers or moccasins (depending on whatever you’re more familiar with), are an Italian classic — so I knew that the best place to get my coveted pair was gonna be from the Italian luxury brand, Tod’s. My friend Monica and I popped into the Tods store in Buckhead a few weeks ago to customize a pair of Gommino driving shoes, and I love how they turned out! In a true testament to our individual style, I opted for a classic white leather pair with muted gold hardware while Monica went for the super fun red patent leather ones with cord detailing. We also got our initials monogrammed on the side of the shoes, truly making our Gommino shoes made uniquely for us.
