The Summer Sleep Set I'm Living in All Season

If there’s one thing we ALL deserve while we go through madness that is 2020… it’s a good night’s sleep.

It can be tough being stuck working from home and having the lines between work mode and leisure mode completely blurred – I just talking about this on my Instagram Stories the other day! I don’t know if it’s just me, but I feel like my sleep has been so… off lately. To be honest, this also might be because of the fact that my New York City apartment doesn’t have AC… but that’s another story for another day 😅


To combat this, I’ve been investing more time and care into my bedtime routine: a full-on nighttime skincare routine, burning my favorite candle to put me in a relaxing mood, opting for less phone screen time and more books, and not eating late. I’ve also updated my nighttime wear! During my move from Atlanta to NYC, I threw away all of my old college t-shirts that I used to sleep in and introduced “adult” PJs and loungewear into my wardrobe instead.
